The 7 Ways a Woman Upgrades Her Man First it is important to mention that this session is in no way about a “project.” Women love projects, but as my Single's Ministry Pastor used to say: “Ladies, if you want a fixer-upper project, get a foreclosed house, not a man.” A man's core characteristics will not change, you are marrying him as is, however a wise woman who marries a good man will absolutely play a crucial role in helping that man cross the divide from good to great and from “boyish-man” to authentic manhood. Women are influencers of their husbands, friendships, in their careers--- women are leaders.
